my parents were talking about the possibilities of doing a yucatan, guatemala, and belize trip and inviting me along, but ended up bailing. instead they leave for the netherlands in two days, and i get to stay here and write exams.

i would love to go somewhere tropical right about now, but i'm stuck. i'm also working 6 shifts a week from may on, so extended travel is out of the question. wah. but i guess my time abroad afterwards will more than make up for it. :D

me either. i have wanted to trip it through cambodia for 2 years now. everytime i pull myself out of debt, something goes wrong and i find myself back in it.

too bad you're only going for a week. take some immodium, otherwise you'll be spending three of those days on the toilet. lol and i've stayed in some places down there that don't have toilet seats.

make sure you do some snorkeling while you're there. i just got back from cozumel/puerto morelos/playa del carmen and before those places you wouldn't have gotten me anywhere near the ocean...now i'm hooked on doing some more.
