General question to all, which venue did you like the most, whether it was a one-off or a club event? Please describe why it was so great.

Commodore Ballroom.

Best place for a party in the city.

The warehouse they had Technosaurus/BC Trance-It/Duckbot at in Richmond. Killer venue, shame it got busted at Duckbot. But oh well. Find a new venue, move on.

plaza of nations, the theater room.

I really liked the venue locations of Heavy and A Regular Jam. Buildings were very old and had a lot of character. Pretty sketchy locations but thats sort of what made them so cool.

People need to stop talking about Plaza...its not coming back...talking about it is just depressing. I havent been to that many parties, but I honestly like pokum road the most. Most other parties always have that cracked out feel to them every now and then, Apex was just a non-stop good time. I dont know if outdoor counts, but thats my vote.

Plaza hands down!
The Funk Me venue was pretty pimp the upstairs was chilling, the downstairs was hella dirty... Dougy Day Care as well... a shame they went to waste.

My 2 cents:
The best venue I've ever been to is Jericho Rec Centre, and as far as I know it was only used once ever for a party. The party was Caffiene Tour '98 (and it totally rocked my socks!!). Such a dope venue. :257:

I remember going to a party in the bassment of this bhuddist temple downtown. It was a static party and I remeber static Mark freaked out b/c there was a leak in the washroom and Dj George of the Jungle was playing in a puddle of water. haha years later George of the Jungle BKA Krusha is playing in a leaky bassment downtown at regular Jam. Both those venues are effing sick!
