Last night at Blue was wicked, despite some strange trainwrecks from the DJ's, thanks to Akeel going nuts on the drum machine. It sounded so smooth!

The trainwrecks were due to a bum needle that was about to fall apart at any time.

That skip at the beginning of hirshee and deliverance's set was not due to the needle.

Well, for starters, you're right. It was definitely NOT the CDJ's fault, we actually go buy REAL vinyl.
As far as the skips/"trainwrecks" that you are so extremely educated about go, the needle was literally to the point where I actually had to bend the stylus backwards for it to track properly. So, unless you are admitting to being so gay that you would actually sit there and trainspot to the point where you could tell which skip was from which beat/record/cdj/turntable/drunk dj, please don't criticize the people who know what the fuck they're doing.

And PS: Akeel was attentive and played drums where appropriate, as was Smoothie. They in no way caused us to fuck up. Thanks boys!

To everyone else who came out, despite the few sound issues, thanks a million!! We broke bar sale and attendance records at the Tokyo Lounge, and I personally enjoyed that night more than any club night in recent memory! Thanks for the support!!!
