Disputing a Ticket(s)

Well i got a few tickets a couple weeks back.

They total about 250$ and i was about to pay them when i noticed that at the bottom of the ticket it has a place for my signature to confirm that i recieved these tickets.

Does anyone know anything about law? Do i have to sign the ticket for it to be valid? It is to show that i recived the ticket and understand what i was being charged for.

dispute it anyways, very rarely do they not show up to court, since they are now paid to go to them, but my brother disputed a ticket last week and the cop never showed, so he didnt pay his speeding ticket.

try it anyways, worst comes to worst you end up paying it.

it should say the provincial court hearing location on your ticket. if its from princeton, you'll most likely have to travel there to dispute the ticket in court.

don't dispute the allegation, dispute the fine, and beg for mercy when you go to court.

I used to work for impark, dispute every ticket you get, mostly, with impark anyways, they'll at least drop the price of the ticket, but if you can somehow prove (the best way is with a camera phone) that you were parked legally or whatever, send whatever you can into them, even through email. They'll drop the payment compeltly.

But yeah, dispute everything w/impark..
