Propane...

Where's the car buffs..... Im gunna get a car built up soon should I go propane conversion with 60's impala/chevelle/mustang's ? the dood says propane runs nicer , slightly better performance when it comes to these kinda cars. not to mention way cheaper

Ummmmm your actually gonna to contemplate propane? Crazy

Propane yeah it's cheaper, but it's a BIG pain in the ass! The tank is huge, and under extreme pressure, so your always going to have to inspect it. Performance wise, ummm slightly better than gas! Ummm no...from my experience propane has less performance...and is prone to way more problems.

Leave propane to work trucks and fork lifts.

You'll get better performance on a Muscle Car with a Gas Engine. You won't really find shit all for performance parts for Propane. If you get a Diesel Truck or something, get Propane injection. But overall I agree with Cooker, leave it to Forklifts and Trucks.

What kind of Engine is in it? My friend has a '67 Buick Electra with a 400 Big Block in it. His Car is nothing short of fucking beautiful. I'm not a huge fan of Low-Riders etc but this thing gets all kinds of attention on the strip in White Rock.

All I can say is. DO IT! The Chevy 350 is a decent block... you can get a fair bit of oomph out of it with a some simple mods. Exhaust, Headers, Heads and a Cam. That should have you easily making 300+ HP at the Flywheel.
