Mass arrests made in Milan swoops

Italian police have arrested 142 people in the course of a two-day security operation in and around Milan which was prompted by the London bombings.

Most were detained over drugs, theft or illegal immigration while 1.5 kilos (3.3 pounds) of explosives were found at the home of a convicted criminal

It looks "Al Qaeda" chose to strike the London Underground while they were running another exercise that exactly mirrored the attack with simultaneous bombs going off in the Tube. "Excersises" of planes crashing into buildings and messing up NORAD on 9/11 anyone???

I'm sure this is another coincidence, and terrorists once again got lucky.

But this time is different. People aren't afraid to ask the critical questions, that no one dared to do on 9/11.

There are already a bunch articles talking about how this attack came just before Britain and Italy were preparing to withdraw their troops from Iraq. It's getting obvious who controls, and who benefits from terrorism.

I couldn't believe it when i went onto prisonplanet and saw the clip about the "supposed" drills that they were doing at the exact same time of the real bombings. It blows my mind how stupid these people are for trying to slip the same shit past us, how dumb do they think we are. Of course there are people they will buy this crap. Look anyone that thinks the US, Great Britain or any other powerful nation has nothing but noble intentions is obviously naive. I guess lizards aside the basic idea you guys are getting at is that the UN or the US is going to turn the whole World into a big slave camp with micro chips in every person, camera's at every corner and so on. What would be the motive for this sort of diabolical plan? As it is people in North America are pretty easily motivated and controlled by mass media yet have basic freedoms. Why would "they" want to collectively piss off everyone by doing all this? Wouldn't that just be giving people something more tangible and legitimate to rebel against?

Honestly though you guys should spend a bit of time reading some more reputable sources and getting a more diverse picture of things.

Why would "they" want to create this big war with Iran? As it sits the US could already break OPEC through controlling Iraq's oil. In fact during the build up to the invasion of Iraq Wolfowitz was pushing this as a big part of the agenda. However there was considerable opposition to this as most of the big oil companies in the World are American and bringing down the price of oil by breaking OPEC would cost them a lot of money. The other main motive would be to stuff the pockets of the weapons manufacturers even more. The only problem is that the whole scam that Bush and Cheney have really pulled off here is draining the federal government of all it's money and at this point a very finite end to that money can be seen. Beyond that they have a nifty little war already going in Iraq that is making billions for Bush and Cheney's friends.
