Overrated, overhyped, battery-gobbling, trendy pieces of junk they are. I hope they go the way of pet rocks, pogs, and beenie babies. :p
Personally, I'm waiting for the next gereration of music players, where you'll be able to store .wav quality music on 1400GB players no bigger than a loonie. Given the current rate of technology, and how fast the iPod will reach its saturation point in the mass market if the marketing of it continues unabated, I predict we should see such players in... 3 years. :D
