With 19+ years in Terrace B.C., i must say pot helped me deal with all the everyday wackness that the smalltown situation never ceased to serve.
But im sure that doest help your situation any.

Try creative or crafty things. Projects that take your mind off your self and onto something exterior that youll be pleased with( and pleased with yourself) upon completion.
And Exercise. take advantage of the excellent exercising oppurtunitys you have in the small town. The air is so fresh, and theres Lots of places to jog and bike ride, hike. you name it.
Isolation doesnt have to suck. Lifes what you make of it !
