exteral hard drives

i do not know if what i need is an external hard drive but there is close to no room on my computer for anything.

drive C has 67.2 MB of room left
and
drive D (memorystick) has 0

how can i fix this problem w/o uninstalling programs and deleting files?

the way I see it you've really got three options.

1) Burn all your raw media (videos, songs, etc.)
2) Buy a Hard drive enclosure and a new hard drive (more convenient to pay $40 for an enclosure than pay an extra $100 on top of an internal HD price to have an external)
3) just buy a new hard drive and put it in your computer so that you have two.

if you dont have room for a 2nd harddrive
just buy a new one thats way bigger
copy all your files to that one xcept windows
install windows on the new one

and BAM more space

Then go for the enclosure and buy yourself an extra internal HD.

The advantage of having a laptop though is that you can take it to a friend's place who has a burner, transfer over the files and burn.
