Canucks are notoriously slow starters this season. I don't know why, and its the good teams that kill us because of it. Even L.A killed us cause of our slow start. Colorado's killed us because of our slow start.

The time we beat Colorado at home barely, but still beat them is because we had a good start, but a bad finish.

and 3 out of 4 have been in colorado.

I think the next one is in van finally. We need to start playing 60 minutes of hockey.

i looked at the time and it was 630 and the grey cup was still going on.

i said to my self oh shit im missing canucks!! so i quickly flipped to chanel 22 and it was 3-0 > i knew we lost then.

nucks seem to do well on home ice like 8-1 or sumthing

but John Garret is right. The Canucks are lacking the killer instinct that teams have like Colorado.

Ottawa has that killer instinct with their extremely deep and talented team hence the 100 goals for and only 45 against.

We need to get that focus we had in like 2002 even 2003. Its not about beating colorado for the cup the canucks need to focus and get pissed for each game so they can play 60 minutes not 5 here and maybe 10 at the end of the game etc

now, i'll make a list of possible excuses you might try to use:

• the ice was too soft for the avs

• the ice was too hard for the avs

• all the good players were injured

• they were just "letting us win"/going easy on us

• the refs were making bad calls/were legally blind

• Aebischer ate something bad for breakfast and wasn't feeling well

• there was a micro-chip in the puck

• they forgot all their good sticks at home

• someone put GHB in the Av's water

• insert some equally retarded copout here
