More of my wine...
Well, its been confirmed that I'll have a new batch ready to drink by the summer! 2 full cases of white and a half case of red; the same red which some of you have had the oppertunity to try.....Plan to start bottling in the first week of Feb

Hit me up for NYE....if you wanna come to Whistler, I think a few of my boys from my click are throwing in on our own home made bar....I'll prolly throw in 1/4 case plus random variants of other liq's....That'll be the night that I open my Pinot Noir/Cab Shiraz hybrid....Lookin forward to it =)

=) ... I'm lookin forward to this summer. The white is like a late harvest Gwertz or a sweet Riesling. The Red is a sure fire bet once its done its thing for 10 months plus..

Everything's all paid for now.....Its Riesling. Probably not doing reds this time. (still have 6 cases of Shiraz/Cab hybrid, Merlot, and a Syrah)

I just had a bottle of my ice wine last night...That stuff is friggin GOOOOOOD! I think I only have about a case left tho :( We'll see if I can bottle some more Ice Wine in the new year. :)

^ Good choice. I'll try and save you sum! I have this wicked dessert wine by the Geihringer (sp!) Brothers, 2001 Late Harvest Riesling which i might crack open tonight.....ooooo!
on another note, I had that 2001 Late Harvest Riesling from Summerhill Estate called "Diva's Delight" which was hands down the best bottle of white wine I've ever had.....

re: Diva Delight (Correction, actually is Late Harvest Ehrenfelser: 2001)
 I RECOMMEND THIS TO ANY WHITE WINE LOVER! It's $39.95/bottle or $475.00/case, but imo, its worth it. Great bottle of wine.

Oh man, had the best bottle of this French Riesling, its from this winery not too far away from where I said when I was visiting the french countryside in 1998. Bordeux area. Great stuff coming out of there, and actually decently priced too....I think this stuff was about $15.00 per bottle.

Nice, I'm buying a case of Grey Monk white (still not too sure what variant)tonight....nothing like roamin around the pad in the new robe w/ a glass of the Estate Reserve =)

Got a Tasters Case of:
  Gewurztraminer's actually from the Odyssey series....just couldn't find an accurate pic, but ya, great buy, 6 of each. :y: Had the Kerner tonight and watched law & order...hehe, I friggin love Fridays.
