pickton has to plea guilty thats the way the court system works... rarely people ever plea guilty due to that the crown has to present the case due to evidence and also they have to prove that the man is guilty of the crime.... even though someone did actually commit something such as 1st degree murder they'll still even plea not guilty.So you can't depend on if the man says he's not guilty it shouldent sway your opinion of that maybe he didnt... comon everyone contained in imprisonment will still always say that they did not commit acts that forbid the law.... even though they have been proven other wise....
