Man am I a proud son-of-a-bitch when I say this to people who ask me to join them for a cigarette or when someone randomly asks me for one. What makes me even prouder is when people get surprised that I don't smoke. It's like they don't comprehend it or something. Well I used to smoke a long time ago, I quit right about the time when health Canada introduced picture warnings on smoke packs. I could handle all the images minus the limp penis one, that's probably what drove me to quit. That's a major fucking health concern if I've ever heard of one. So when people ask, "hey you gotta smoke?" or "dude, want to go hack a butt?" I'm just like "nah, man I don't smoke..." It's the best shit ever.

I've never taken a puff off a smoke in my life... never had even the slightest interest in it!

I find it's the grossest habit possible. It turns me right off.... I can see the hottest girl ever and if I see her put a smoke in her mouth she's suddenly not so attractive anymore.

I smoke, but not much, and I "quit" for a year twice... I am on my way out right now... I have to quit for work, cause I spend to much time standing around smoking....(Best way to kill 10 min at work) Give me a week and I think I am done.... I only smoke maybe 1 a day right now... I give props to people that kicked it and actually stayed away...

agreed, I was proud I turned someone down on the weekend when they offered me a smoke after a drink in a club.....aka the ideal situation when i normally would have one.

Often offered, never tempted. Folks strike it as odd since I don't mind an occasional cigar, weed, or hanging out at smoke circles (usually for a bit of quiet if at a club/party) but I suppose it's just one of those 'personal promises' I intend to keep.

However, it's annoying when someone kind of pushes me a little if I'm on the E, saying, "No, really, you should try it -it'll be great to go along with your high, man." :soak:
