fyi: whitening toothpaste is made with tiny pieces of glass in it.
another interesting fact: some of the first toothpaste ever invented was made using human urine. since urine contains ammonia, it was probably effective in whitening teeth.

anyway, it is my understanding that the more you whiten, the more susceptible to stains (and sensitivity) you are afterward.

^ yeah and im fairly sure after time continous bleaching would only help to strip enamel from your teeth..

Im thinking of using the crest vivid night toothpaste...

But Im with Zarlon & Starbright.. I want to whiten my teeth but I dont want to, in the future, make my teeth more stained. Ugh why does everything have to have a catch ? :p

Get one of those automated toothbrushes; the kind where the brush rotates. They are excellent for making your teeth white.
Believe me, I drink around five cups of coffee a day.
