i work for seven and a half hours and while i'm in the back room on my fifteen minute break robin williams comes in and buys four CD's. apparently he comes in a lot, but i have yet to meet him.

pierce brosnan was in a little while ago. and bill gates came in and someone sold him a Chapters card. haha. like he needs to save 10% on books.

i've heard robin williams is in town quite a bit, for filming and such - someone told me he owns a place in the west end?
i was sad when i kept missing him at urban well, that woulda been pretty sweet

but my boyfriend and i saw him a coupla years ago walking down Georgia - it made my day, moving to vancouver and hearing all this stuff about movies being shot here all the time, and then seeing him :)

but working at chapters on robson would be pretty sweet for that kinda thing - or really pretty much anywhere on robson, i'm guessing

Yesh this is true.. when I worked at Roots on Robson we had all sorts of ppl coming in. I met all of Destiny's child, the cast of Smallville, Michael J. Fox, Hugh Jackman, Seann William Scott, Goldie Hawn and Kurt Russell and their son and omg the list could go on. :) Prime location to work indeed! :)
