I only know one person who has it done: and he got it in England. (which i'm planning to go back in a few months so I might hold off till then.

i did this once.. probly about 5 years ago. actually it was different.. i was young and stupid :( i actually cut the design and put ballpoint pen ink into it.

it took a good 3 years to go away.
