Yeah, Borat wasn't really high-brow comedy. It was a combination of shit-disturbing and low-brow humour. I wouldn't really consider waving a fat immigrant's genitals in the hero's face that classy, you know?

Classy; no. Genius; yes! Why can people call Colbert's humour intelligent and not Cohen's? They're both political and social satires with immensely thought out key characters. His antics may be low-brow, but the meaning behind them is anything but.

Talladega Nights shouldn't even be on the list. It was funny, but not THAT funny. I'm pretty sure I quote Ben Stiller and Will Ferrell lines at least daily...I don't really know how sad that is, but whatever!

Borat is great, but it's one of those movies that's actually funnier AFTER you watch it. Like the fact that everyone at my works says "NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOT!" all the time, etc.. Kind of the same idea as Napoleon Dynamite.

Personally, I find Colbert a lot more clever. Cohen's just more in-your-face...I'd rather watch Colbert any day!
