Is it just me or is the game broken?

For instance, I've just purchased the pulse rifle, had tons of ammo, now i'm out of ammo, I see pulse ammo but it says my inventory is full.

I'm trying to reload if it is... and its not working.

Then I'm at a boss, there's a med pack RIGHT beside me, I'm low on health. I'm pressing X and it's not doing anything.
Go to the med pack, try and pick up.. OH SURPRISE SURPRISE INVENTORY IS FULL!

(my inventory screen has about 10-15 slots open)

This game is broken.. how did EA get away with such amazing scores?

Thankfully the game is pretty 0day, gonna go to EB and trade for FC2. buy this game again when it's not broken.

the weird thing is sometimes it'll let me pick up ammo, sometimes it wont.

crazy bug.
