Enhanced models...well, I had a good video card to begin with so I don't notice that much. I personally think Deleted Scenes should have come in an online version.

I wonder what's in store for the next release. Either way...I can't wait until Half-Life 2. Saw the preview videos...looks pretty neato. :D

I've seen the alpha version for half life 2 on my friends computer, looks pretty pimp. The physics of the movement, fun factor, and AI should control the 3D shooters for a while.

I've played Doom III Beta, it's nothing like Half Life 2. But than again it's just a Beta.

Right now the best 3D shooter in my opinion is Painkiller.

Painkiller is ass.. the MP (what most FPS are used for these days) is like Quake (the first one) crossed with.. well Quake II

Farcry is at the top of the game right now.

oh and jeff.. Stealing the build from E3 will gurantee the release date being 2008

See the thing is about Frycry, I've tried it, not bad... but the raw physics of Painkiller make the game a lot stronger than Farcry. Also you gotta love the staple gun, that's pure genius.

Oh by the way, Painkiller doesnt use any quake engines, it uses its own.
