the laser that reads cds/dvds
for a burner, the laser that reads the discs eventually wears out.
is this the same when ur just READING the discs like watching a movie? is there a difference between home theater systems and ur everyday cd rom? in comes my main question: the ps2. does the laser for the ps2 act the same way as a regular home player or cd rom? i hear that the laser eventually burns out when you play it too long. so how does playing a burned ps2 game make it any worse? it's still a disc. this is more of a thought than waiting for a response because i don't think there's too many people that know the answer to this... |
