Confessions of a Dangerous Mind
this movie was really great. i'd been wanting to see it for a long time now, but i just recently got the chance to head to Roger's and pick up the DVD.
written by Charlie Kaufman (Adaptation, Being John Malkovich, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind) and directed by George Clooney. yes, that's right, clooney actually directed something. and fuck, he did an excellent job. kaufman scripts demand a certain kind of directing skill, and clooney really nailed it with this film. it's dark and gritty, with bright colours popping in here and there which gives it sort of a cartoon/comic book feel, which is great.
