Yeah the first one was awesome.

The second was overkill. The idea of a hypercube was great though. But the movie sucked. The ending sucked too. Damn sequels.

i saw half of the second one and i want to see all of it now, plus the first one.

The first one was cool because you could kind of follow along with the plot/concept and figure some stuff out for yourself. The second was so out there that they totally took that element away. And yeah, Saw totally remdinded me of Cube too.

Cube: Zero was just released on DVD I believe too. It's the third installment in the series.

I think they made a good movie and decided to rape it until they weren't making anymore money off of it.

The second one was an insult to Canadian cinema. In all honesty they simply tried to bank of the first films success , then use the word "quantum" to explain everything. And I'm not even stating that because the mechanics of quantum physics is beyond me, I've got math majors who also laughed their asses off , on what was tried to be sold as a "Hypercube".

If you want good Canadian cinema, watch the first one, or rent ExistenZ .
