Dawn of the dead scared me as well. I hated the fact that when the movie was done, I had to walk down to the end of my friends (very long) driveway in the dark to get in my car. It didnt help that his house is surrounded by trees. I thought I was gonna die:S

Fire in the sky was very creepy but it fascinated me, i had a huge thing for the paranormal.

I remember pet cementary scared me a bit but i watched a lot of horror movies when i was little including all the cheezy chucky movies heh.

I always found the silence of the lambs to be real scary, but thats prob cause I saw it when i was very young.

Halloween was a good one too, and the Exorcist.

The older Nightmare on Elm Street and Friday the 13th were good too.

Too bad Friday the 13th had so many sequals.

Ya you can only do so much when the same character keeps coming back, and its not like was freddy kruger where he could do cool shit in your dreams.

Jason was just Jason. Movie after movie. I mean the best they could do after was add Jason's mom's head lol

lol, so true. Jason was played out. Freddy Kruger just plain out rocks. When the freddy vs. Jason movie came out, I was cheerin for freddy. The movie itself was cheesy as hell, but I'll watch anything with freddy in it.

I honestly loved Friday the 13th but it just became crap.

Lets see I think Friday the 13th #4 was suppose to be the last friday the 13th. Than it was Friday the 13th Jason Lives than Jason goes to manhatton.

Brutal i can't believe i watched all of them.

Nightmare on elm street had the cool twists.

I actually owned that steaming turd on DVD. It came in two pack with Donnie Darko (???), as in, they would not let me buy Donnie Darko without also taking Swimfan with me, but it cost $17 total so I thought, what the hell, I could use a new coaster.

I've got one for you people that could very well scare the living shit out of you.. at the very least it will give you the heeby jeebies:

The Descent.

Hardly know anything about it... and I don't want to reveal much. Just rent or download it, put it on, turn the lights off, eliminate all distractions, and don't say I didn't warn you.

Most zombie movies will creep me out later on that night when I'm trying to sleep.
-Resident Evil 1
-28 Days Later
-Dawn of the Dead
etc.

I just finished watching pet cemetery, and I can't believe that I actually got scared from it when I was little. I laughed my ass off the entire movie. Now i'm thinking that I should watch all the other movies that scared me when I was younger to see if they still freak me out.

Sykonee will become famous soon enough
Event Horizon is the only movie I've ever had to turn off mid-way through due to absolute terror. I was sitting in the dark, by myself, watching this with headphones on. Anyone who's seen this movie knows just how intense the audio is on Event Horizon.

I also think this oddball phobia of decompression I have may have had something to do with it as well.

Ooh, I totally forgot about this one. I don't quite recall if I ever made it to the end though.

For a while afterwards, everytime I heard the Prodigy track I got reminded of the movie :(

There's this one movie I can't remember the name of... it's pretty old. But I disctinctly remember 2 scenes. First, there's a huge cross but the the hinges break (except for the bottom one) and the cross turned into an upsidedown cross. Second, at the end of the movie the character is in the car and the digital clock in the car turns into 666. (I was always afraid my clock would do that to me hehe)
Anyone?
