Spanish speakers?

i took level 1 spanish earlier this year, and im taking 2 now, but i found that i forgot much of what i learned because i stopped practicing over the summer.

seeing as im moving to europe next year, id like to improve my spanish to open more doors over there.

im looking for spanish enthusiants at any level who are down to get together, preferrably in a group, to speak spanish.

heh i did the same thing and we broke up part way through the class so it was all awkward so she stopped coming..

I am currently in Spanish 1100, and plan to take the second course next semester. I am thinking about doin an exchange to a Spanish speaking country next Sept. so hope to develop a good grasp on the language.
I'm down with meeting up to talk, if it works with my schedule. I am still quite a beginner though.

I think the lack of accent characters make it come up wonky. Either way, it's very poetic!

I learned a fair amount traveling in portugal and spain on vacation in 2 weeks. That is probably the fastest and funnest way you will learn. Even better if you have a few courses from school to back you up.

yea i dont plan on being fluent when i get there or anything, but having the grammar already will make picking up vocabulary alot easier

ahhh spanish.

as many of you already know ive spent some extensive time in /central southamerica over the years...

i always find when im down there and forced to use it i pick up up very quickly and can get away with a sloppy convo just using words with little conjucated verbs or anything...spanish is such a lazy language they never seem to mind....

when i come back here within two weeks its pretty much all gone lol...
