I am touched that you people look forward to this event every year as I only thought about this a few days ago.

From a quick glance at the calendar it would most likely be Saturday, December 20, 2008 and since it'll get dark fast at that time we'll start around 430pm.

The problem this year is trying to find a place where we can setup to make the sandwiches.

If anyone can help scope out a place that would be most appreciated and I'll start a proper thread when we have a location.

And if anyone can forward the details to Ryan (Neoh) to see if he can hook us up with Starbucks goodies.

I no longer have a direct hook up with Starbucks for food, but I'll see if I can dig up the managers number and work something out with them.

I think a lot of ppl got the days mixed up last year, there was a lot of people who committed to going but didn't show for whatever reason. I'm hoping we don't have a repeat this year! :)

Turns out Sunday is prebooked for me so I'm moving the event one day earlier to Saturday December 20, 2008

It'll start early enough so you party people can still make it home, put your face on and party it up all night.
