I was going to say that.
Eating your entire daily caloric intake at midnight will give you the same results are spacing everything out throughout the day.
The reason that people are advised not to eat after seven is because people who eat at night are often eating in addition to their regular meals. It's just a way to cut down on caloric intake.

If you want to lose weight, take in less calories than you expend. ie. eat less, more more, or do both.

I dunno how i get thin...I eat wutever i want, i sit on my ass alot in front of the computer..and yea the only thin getn exercise is my finger tipsfrom typin so much...or i guess my legs when i get up to use the bathroom or walk to the fridge. I guess i just have good metabolism :)
