my suggestion would be to check ID at the door, put a big X on the underagers hands with a permanent black marker, then merely patrol the crowd during the night. Anyone with a black X on their hand shouldn't be recieving a drink at the bar, and if they do manage to get a drink in their hands they get kicked out.

pretty simple if you ask me, then again I've been doing this a lot longer than you.

K, I dont have time to read through this crap. but anyways.. about the IDing.

Before any of you knew what tribeca was.. back about 2 years ago.. we used to ID people at the door. and no one underage was able to get it. And the place was still bumpin. So yes.. the owner can have some one sitting here IDing people it. It's happened before I can't see why it wont happen this time.
