What they did was assault. Plain and simple. They knew there was someone in there, and they intentionally pushed over the toilet. It could have seriously injured her.

As for the discreet way, it was done at the party, and I already have some witnesses, but they don't know names. This is to find out names.

I have never been madder about something than this. I am surprised how this one thing has angered me so MUCH. The blatant disregard for someone else is horrible.

Not to mention this person was not the only affected by this, she was the worse.

That sounds like a really crappy thing to happen to somone. I can't imagine that experience. The problem is that Apex has turned into this massive event that "everybody" goes to. Lots of the people that go these days have never even been to a rave before (I know people that say 'raves are gay', but they go to Apex)... As a result you get all these dick-nosed high school kids and thugged out peckerheads coming in and ruining it for other people with belligerent behaviour (like throwing beer bottles and pushing over porta-potties). I know you can't discriminate who comes in, but I say next year you hire some gorilla-sized security guards, and get them to patrol the party undercover styles.. That way nobody is really liable when they pound the shit out of some punk who thinks he's impressing some 14 year old girls by pushing over a porta-potty (meaning, if they thought it was more random and didn't know the guy was your security guard, it would be nearly impossible for them to take any recourse... as if any of those shit-stains were intelligent or motivated enough to do so). Beat to a pulp, then thrown into the thicket!
