I think the last thing anyone expected was some idiot to tip it over on someone.... to bolt it down would require more materials that would most likely not be supplied by the porta potty contractor...

But I intend on helping her press charges, and sue him for every penny he has. They intentionally pushed it over, knowing someone was in the porta-potty.
