Everyone has their opinion about every artist, people can obviously see my love for Kurt Cobain in other ways then the music he created, he gave me more than the music. And for people to slam me for sticking up for him and then saying they have tons of respect for their fav artists... can you say complete contradiction??? And as for me talking like i know him for whoever stated that, yeah maybe i think i do because when you listen to a band for almost 16 years non-stop and establish a bond not only with the music they have created but have began to love other areas of their creativity its hard not to.
I am the type of person that believes " Make love not war " I care for people and their decisions whatever they may feel, so you people feel you could not care for him because he took his own life ( which i find to be completly untrue , because their is facts that the amount of substances in his body before he shot himself would have made it clearly unable for any human being to pick up and gun and let alone shoot himself) as for it makes him look bad because he has in the past tried to commit suicide but who has never had the thought in bad times. I am not trying to tell people if they deserve to listen to Nirvana let alone like Cobain, everyone is entitled to a choice of feelings and mine just goes deeper than a fan, so instead of instigating some kind of argument that is not their , try to understand more where the persons is coming from.

come on, answer my curious question from before: how old are you? your profile says 20 so does that mean you've been listening to nirvana since you were 4? or did you put that on your profile when you signed up, making you 22 now? thus listening to nirvana since you were 6?

neither of those options makes sense to me, thus the question.

i'm also guessing you've never had or been a close friend to someone with a serious long-term drug addiction. the toxicity levels in the blood of a long-term abuser at times could easily kill someone who's not used to a drug. that particular argument just doesn't hold any water. look through the "evidence" supporting the kurt was murdered argument with an objective eye, it just doesn't stack up the way you want it to.
