Regardless of what it is, the last thing you want to do is jump to conclusions or start pointing fingers. I suggest expressing how you feel, let her know you don't mean to feel insecure about the relationship but that there are certain things you've noticed lately that have caused you to worry about her.

Let her know she is welcome to be honest with you, and that you don't come across offense. Otherwise she is going to play the defensive, and nobody wins.
