k, i understand it and have done it a few times myself, but i mean isn't there a limit to this? a place to draw the line.?

i've sorta been chasing after this girl for a while, and sometimes i just wanna scream! i like the mentality of it and everything, but come on! i have to put so much effort into gettin her to come out, or for her to show her affectionate side.........

aiya it just feels like its a waste of my time. and i know she's not usually like this becuz i've seen her past relationships.....maybe i am taking this the totally wrong way? i just wish that it would stop and she'd be able to akowledge me and my efforts.....

I personally think that if your going to start a relationship with her, u guys should go out one night and express all ur feelings to each other. Tell her that u really care about her. And im sure that she will have sumthing cute to say back..but yea. Get to know her and what she is feeling.. u never know she may be feeling the same way back.

If you've been friends for years but just now things are starting to turn into more than that, playing 'hard to get' might just be her way of dealing with these different feelings.

Agreed. After a certain point it just gets lame and it shows that neither person has the guts to ask one another out.

if you've been friends with her for a while, and now things are starting to turn "different", she may not know how to deal with it...
But if she is having trouble being affectionate, it could have something to do with her past relationships... since you have been friends with her for a while, try to remember what happened in her last relationships... if people tend to hurt her, she'll probably be way more hesitant about opening up, even to someone she has been friends with for a long time.

but, i do think that you should talk to her about it, especially since it is out of character. Its your best bet at figuring out what is going on...

i think that you should just wait it out......if you truly like her, won't you wait for her to come to you? you guys both like each other so it's not like you're not going to get her or what not....don't rush or push her into anything....trust me
i agree with other ppl that you should talk to her about your feelings and ask her about her feelings toward you as well.

oh there's also "the move" that you can perform on her.. its hard to explain on the internet but if i see you any time soon or if you see aaron around you can ask him or me to show you

you know it john. I have learned various forms of the "move" and have mastered it through john and aaron. they're the real experts here. ;)

it's really handy to know when you've got a bunch of difficult people to work with.
