I go shopping, go visit my nephew, keep busy so I don't have time to think about it and try to sleep ASAP before the issue gets a chance to creep into my brain.
Do something that makes you happy, be around people that makes you happy. Listen to music. Go buy someone living on the street a McHappy meal. |

ok activities! i'm the activity queen, but i never have the time to complete all of them.
lynn valley, cap suspension bridge, 2nd beach, wreck beach>etc, pne/playland, paintballing, gallery scoping/hopping, eating out at different restaurants, visiting good friends, renting movies (boo escapism), not watching tv, not going on comp. constantly, bike riding, hiking, swimming outdoors, playdium, rollerskating/rollerblading, sk8boarding, camping, dancing/clubbing, dance classes, symphonies, plays (take advantage of student rates!), park playing, late night adventures, science world, cn imax, joining a club, start playing a sport, focus on another part of your life besides that which is bothering you... |

i love drawing and painting and all..but when im upset i can't do shit like that cuz while im doing it i zone out about shitty stuff and it makes my mind THINK..and i hate doing that....so pretty much my advice...keep ureself busy with things that side tracks ya..soemthing different that can keep ure mind off sad/depressed stuff. |

When im stressed out and stuff I usually:
Listen to Music Read Clean my room and then escelate to the whole house.. but then again my house is quite small hehehe Draw a picture and or colour one. Hehe work out I know there's more I just cant remember them right now. |
