It really depends on the female and if her breasts are proportionate with the rest of her body.

Personally I think large breasts are nice, not overly large just large enough that they really accentuate that hour glass figure.

im chinese and i pretty much just go out wiht azns so i cant worry too much about the size. even if i were to care its out of my hands. AZNS are just way smaller on avg haha. But seriously now it doesnt really matter but when their so flat that my chest sticks farther out then theres a problem.
