so one of my best friends moved to calgary like 3 or 4 yrs ago.I went out there once a couple years back to visit her,and shes coming out to BC for like 2 days for x-maz,and I asked her when I talked to her last if we`d be able to like go for a drink and shes like no! wtf?!:(

She started dating this dude like 7 months ago,and ever since then ive talked to her maybe twice.And anytime i ever talk to her she always talks about herself and her life and her boyfriend,shes become completely self absorbed.

I try to call her once every couple weeks,and she never answers my calls anymore,Ive given her shit for this on the rare occasion where ive got to talk to her for all of 5 mins,and she says shes been working two jobs...which I can understand,however I work and party like a mu fucka and I still take time out of my day to call her and see whats up.

I guess im pretty hurt by all of this,shes like my best friend...or atleast used to be,and I miss her. I just called her and left her a msg saying that Im not making an effort to call her anymore,and if she really wants to keep this friendship going she can be the one to call me.

:(I kinda think she wont ever be calling me again.

if she truly is your best friend, she will call again!

I think that sometimes even the closest people in our life, no matter if we think the world of them sometimes they go through small phases where they make really really shitty judgement calls :/

But seriously, best friends should be for life, and if she truly is, she should smarten up and call back.

My best friend in the whole world moved back to Calgary this summer and it sucks, I miss him soo much. I hope he comes back soon.

That really sucks Val.

Sometimes ppl get too involved with their bf's or gf's and it's almost like they have a new life and they're not the same person they once were.

Either that or she doesnt want to commit to maintaining a long distance relationship.

Wow...that sucks I've been in a situation like that but it was my best firend just a friend and that suck so I can guess how hard it would be if it was ur best friend.

when i got home from work like 45 mins ago as i was putting away my oj she called me! We talked for a while and it was nice,but shes changed,in like a not good way.
suck ass.
I guess ill see when i go to c-town again.
