lol there is no need to panic its not going to be still under water come apex or summer break... the only "slight" concern is whether or not the fraser could of swallowed part of the property. But even that I am not concerned.

haha well I wasn't really talking about food when I commented on the brunch, but now I'm totally bringing a bbq since you mentioned it! and bacon and eggs, and some green peppers...oooo I'm even more stoked for the morning. I'll bring extra and those who actually have an appetitte can have a bit as well teehee.
