Getting his start in the dark after-hours scene of Vancouver in 1997, Tyler has always been drawn towards the deep and moody sides of house. Not content with the simple act of “club mixing”, Tyler skillfully blends and layers a loopy mix of Disco and tek-house, deeply influenced by the old school sounds of Bobby Konders, Robert Owens, Mike Grant and Green Velvet to the hypnotic tribal sounds of Josh Wink and Dj Sneak.

In 2000, Tyler jumped into the world of music production. With early support from some of Vancouver’s most respected Djs and producers, Tyler “T-bone” Stadius and Jay Tripwire, Peter Hecher,

In the spring of 2004 he released his first E.P through Denver’s, Phrunky Recordsings. The “Appendix E.P.” on Phrunky gained instant success and was charted and played by the likes of David Duriez, Mazi Asad Rizvi and Paul Wolford. Since then Tyler has had releases on such labels as Totem, Deepen Discs, Rhythmic, High Blunted, Lifted, Stupendous plus a re-release with Vernon Douglas on Jt Donaldsonand Lance Desardi’s San Francisco sessions vol. five on the worlds famous OM imprint.

On any given Saturday night you can find Tyler playing to capacity crowds at his residency, “Believe”. Within six months of Believes first night, it grew to become Vancouver’s premier weekly event. There Tyler hones his skills, regularly playing prime time to a 600 person audience, never leaving the mood of the dance floor in any of state for too long.

No on to sit still, The Fall of 2006 will see the formation of Tyler’s Digital label “LowMidHigh recordings” add to that an ever expanding touring schedule. This D.I.Y Ptomoter/Producer/Dj is definitely someone to keep an eye out for in the underground house scene.

With his distinctive sound overwhelming and shadowy, yet uplifting - Siavash Ashrafinia's love for and dedication to music is always at the forefront of his infamous, adrenalin pumping, heart stopping sets. With well over a decade of DJ experience under his belt, his impeccable mixing and sequencing skills combined with his advanced turntablist techniques make him an inspiring storyteller and the ideal candidate to head a dance event. Siavash's early influences were a result of the deeply personal impact of being born to deaf parents. His struggle toward DJing excellence began accidentally - in 1993, he purchased a single turntable in order to play his favorite hip-hop tracks.
By 1996, DJ Xtra-Large was rocking hip-hop events all over Van city with underground East Coast jazzy-vibe hip-hop. In fact, Siavash completed a successful mix tape series that extended to 9 volumes. In 1997, Siavash decided to expand his horizons and began playing a genre of music that he had always loved: Electronica. This venture led him to tremendous success; he quickly locked down residencies at numerous clubs in the metropolises of Vancouver, Whistler, Seattle, and Portland. Playing his unique, explosive sets and showing his mastery of crowd control in countless underground parties and raves led to an easily won international audience. Siavash has spent the last couple of years perfecting his production skills, which are not limited to electronica; his musical works range in genre from Hip Hop and Trip Hop to Tech House and Jungle, making him a valuable working companion to other gifted producers such as Tyler Lewis, Kourosh Tazmini, and Special Blend. Siavash, with his dizzying array of talents and uncanny gift to connect with audiences, is now set to carve out an indelible mark on Electronic culture.

In the past year Lady AK has played at a ton of shows all over British Columbia. She recently became a resident of "The Jungle Room" in Victoria. In last few months she has played along side with dj/producers such as Dillinja, Lemon D, Hive, Kenny Ken, Third Eye Tribe and many more... Her collection contains many different styles of DnB to create proper atmosphere for the crowd. Her main purpose is to bring quality beats to dance floors and to steer the mood of the crowd with the music that she plays. This time you're in for a treat, come check out her special house set.

Evan Smith never fails to disappoint. Evan’s sound covers hard, bass heavy electro house to dirty nu school breaks. Playing alongside Dave Armstrong, Dr. Jones, and James E at “Ditch” (Lotus) and “Damage” (The Gecko), Evan has been taught how to rock a dance floor by some of the best talent this city has to offer. Just don’t forget to shut up and dance.
