Simple 9 - MLC
This was off the hook, regardless of the change, it was amazing. The vibe @ the MLC was actually quite nice, nicer than usual. Lashes was dancing her heart out and even managed to beat me up with her purse, and Johan was really happy to be here. Thanks to Azim, Dennis, Alja and the rest of the crew for making this event so smooth. I am still sitting here @ 6:35 AM at the MLC barely capable of typing.

Great party!
I had to leave at around 1:30, but it seemed like it would have been packed by peak time. The place was starting to fill up nicely during my opening set, so I can imagine how much the place must have gone off to Johan and Lisa. What's this about Johan's antics? I missed them! |

Had a great time, Richard, those classics you were playing were amazing.
All the opening acts really killed it. Johan was really good too, but the best part for me was Lisa Lashes set. Was brilliant. The second room seemed to also really be going strong all night, great sounds coming out of there too. Good to meet some new faces, and see some other people again. Anyways, my pictures pictures are here: http://www.cj92.org/zp/simple9/ BTW, Did anyone record any of the sets? I tried to record Johan and Lisa's sets, but it dropped about 30 minutes in. I'd love to get a chance to hear them again. |

Wicked party, Johan really ripped it, was great to hear him play some good classics like flight 643, and Greece 2000 :y: Loved the setup for this one, a job well done indeed!

What a night this was. The music in both rooms were awesome from start to finish. I think that was the biggest crowd I've seen at MLC in a while as well. Johan Gielen was just fucking insane. I don't think he played as hard as he did last time he was here, but he absolutely destroyed during his set. Lisa Lashes's set wasn't as good as last year, but it kicked the shit out of BK's hard house set in September. There were a bunch of pictures taken, and I'll have those posted tonight for sure. Thanks to Kraig for saving us there at the door.
Random raver moment of the night: Me: <dancing in the main room> Random high girl: "I love Hilary Duff!" Me: <confused look> "Umm... She's hot, I'd do her." Random high girl: <confused look> "Umm.. Isn't that what it says on the back of your shirt?" Me: "No, that says 'Hilfiger'" Random high girl: <gets the fuck out of there> I love random high girls; they always keep things interesting. |

haha long story anyways lets just say the female security thought I was a drug dealer *which im not* and was givin it to them *which I didn't* and I would admit if I had :P not sayin I was clean but I never sold or gave anything to them. And yes normaly I would (not sell but lose myself in the music error :P ) but I said I would take care of them
