I know it's a little bit late for a review, but I never got to post one up, so what the hell.
This party was the best party I've ever played at in Canada, and very close to the best party I've ever been to in Canada. Big props to the Solid Crew for coming threw with a seriously proper event. I was so happy to see the lights off in the hall areas; the talent showcase and the house area. That was way tighter than Dooms Night, and I was very very pleased not to have to play in the light. Plus they had some sick visual screens out there, and a dope sound system as well. The music at this party was top notch all the way threw. I heard Icey layin it down like he always does, JK Walker and Marcos blowing up the main room, and a ton of DJs who I don't even really know who they were, but everywhere I went the music was top notch. Would have liked to see BK, but he was throwing it down while I was playing, so no luck. A huge thank you Vancouver for giving me and my Portland brother Vize such a warm welcome. I had a great time playing, definitely the best reception I've gotten in Van. I'm finally figuring out what you guys like lol! To all the cats that were dancing to our set like the whole time, my hats off to y'all. The biggest thank you goes to Stan from the Solid Crew, thank you for believing in me! Keep throwin 'em brotha. More thank yous: Ashes my queen, Ben Shelton the muthafucking lifesaver, Ian for rocking the trip wit us, Mitchell and the whole PDX crew, Kid Kaboom another lifesaver always, Juggler for doing nothing but still being a cool kid lol, Carlos for being the pimp, Alla for the kind words, and everyone else who is Canadian and cool.
