to be honest, I've seen and heard better sets in terms of pure mixing skills and track selection from him (he seems to be going very rock-heavy lately), but the crowd energy and his interaction was off the hook.

i agree with the show being insane ..the vibe was hype and the dj was feeding off the energy of vancouver..but after the first 20 min or so he started getting a little soft....then after that it was up n down with the show ..so i felt pretty impressed but know he is so capable of soo much more..but all in all great show!!!!

honestly, i don't usually do this ,but, hands down best set I've seen in the past long while. From the dvdj's, to the drums, to busdriver, to goldenchyld , wow , they all had it down solid. I dunno if it was me, but if you payed attention, you would of noticed alot of little things that he was doing that just took it too the next level, Seriously impressed by this night, big up lala and ps you owe me 6 bucks for coat check.............beeeeeeeeeeeyootcchhh

yeah manos.. watching him use those dvdj's was awesome. Never seen anyone use them.
I liked his encore better than the set. The freestyle along with the mc was insane.
showed some mad turntablism skills and thats why i came to the show.

goldenshower was pretty good too, just had issues with ozzy.

I totally agree with Manos here.

No question his set on the Scratch Tour was over all better for track selection BUT, it was all those other "little" things that he was doing last night that made this show insane. From live drumming, DVDJ qued visuals, that MC was CRAZY! -- One of the best I've ever seen.

wow... i think somebody spiked my sodapop. I agree with the other peeps that it definitely wasn't the best that he coulda done, but still a wicked show and had shitloads of super happy fun, the energy in the place was wonderful. And yes that MC was crazy, very impressed by him.

Another one to add to the list of wicked shows I've had the pleasure of attending this year. Definitely got my moneys worth! Great seeing a lot of familiar faces too! Z-Trip seems like a nice enough guy as well, hooked up my lady with a free cd at the end of the night.

personally i was expecting to be kncocked off my feet by him - he was fucking impressive and my jaw dropped many times, but it just didnt seem as amazing as the shit that i've heard from him. i didnt find him rock heavey at all - i found him star wars heavey.
great and amazing show, just not as much as i expected. maybe it was built up too much for me, but i have seriously heard what i fnd to be better from him off of cd's\dvd's.
