I just got a call from Soda. Can you believe that from Friday, October 21st till today, Boomtown sold out of the 50 tickets we just dropped off!!!?

TICKET UPDATE

Okay peeps... here is what we've done.

- At/shortly after 6PM today (Wednesday 26th) we will be dropping off 50 tickets to Boomtown at a cost of $30 each -- apparently Soda has already sold 9 of those.
- Clubzone has also been given 40 tickets at $30. -- These are available for purchase NOW.

Why are the tickets now $30? -- Because that's our door price and we are now cutting into our door sales.

I hope everyone that wants to go has gotten tickets or will be today/tomorrow!

Yep... Boomtown sold out today in the afternoon. In less than a 24 hour period, they sold out the 50 tickets.

All that remains are what's left at Clubzone and yes, they do charge $5 charge which is something out of our control. That is the price you not only for the convienence of having your tickets at the door, but then the cost of them processing fees/systems, etc.

Currently Clubzone has 24 tickets left.

A VERY limited number of tickets will be sold at the door first come, first serve.

But Kraig, it was a $2.00 service charge when tickets were first released... now they've up'ed it to $5.00. If they are to charge a service charge or convenience fee it should be the SAME for each and every show/event they are selling tickets for.

I know this is out of your control but when you choose an agent to sell you tickets, their actions are still somewhat tied to your name.

This is something, along with the GST that I plan on bringing up with clubzone.com personally.

I will look into the changing service charges personally and will post once I know more.

FYI - Clubzone.com is a legal entity/company that bills and pays GST to the goverment. That is the reason you're being charged tax.
