The car was found. my brother doesn't want it back because:

This is BC. ANYTHING could have happened to it. People could have railed drugs off it, people could have killed a man and whiped it off. People could have gotten loaded and drove it off a cliff, or into another car. People probably pawned the system in it, and all the CDs.
There is NOTHING, my entire family wouldn't put past, the criminals of British Columbia, that has happened to this car.

Oh, also. He has to pay a fee to ICBC to get his car back ($600). (and what exactaly are the theifs paying?)
