you'd think if someone spent an extra 50 bones on express delivery, the courier would actually deliver it quickly. Overnight delivery has now turned into 4 days with no explanation as to why.

I want my rekkids.. I want my cell phone... I want my fucking applesauce.

I have to deal with them for work. Last week I called on Thursday for them to pick up a time-sensitive package I needed shipped right away. They said it would be picked up that day. It is now wednesday and they have not come to get it.

DHL... They advertise overnight express delivery.. then they told her 2-3 days, and on the phone today the girl said I'd probably get it in 4 days.

Now I'm kicking myself for letting her ship my records down. I just hope they're not sitting in the back corner of some cold, dank storeroom somewhere. . . and I've been craving grandma's applesauce for months.

its prolly stuck at customs if its comeing from the US. my things got stuck there for almost a month. even tho delivery said 5 business days.

Id make the trip up there to get them rather then allow someone as carfull as DHL to deliver them!

Dealing with them is annoying with all of their Rules.

DHL is a bit easier, but again Supervisors are a pain in the ass.

Purolator, no idea, we only load their Planes to ship shit to Cuba for them.

One time I was returning home from work and I saw the UPS guy chatting it up with one of my neighbours...he then casually walks across my lawn to deliver an express parcel.

UPS...at least they got the uniform colour right they're so full of shit...

If the package came from the US then it doesn't matter how EXPRESS the courier company is because it'll just sit at Customs.

Also DHL with records. IM AMAZED it came in one piece.
We deal with their drivers at our work all the time and let's just say they aren't too FRAGILE with your packages.

Express doesn't mean they have to SPRINT to your door and deliver it.

It just means it will be delivered before a certain time. Maybe it was 8:52am and the package had to be at your door by 9am therefore giving the driver a few minutes to chat it up with your neighbour.
