I hated that, when I did my hair blue, I got the blue all over my arms and face, and I was in such a hurry to leave that it looked like I massacred an army of smurfs.

most bright coloured dyes that they sy don't come out right away..

if it's on your skin after you dye it.. use some hairspray with like.. a cotton swab or something and rub it around.. usualy gets it off (worked for me when i turned parts of my hair purple once..hahaha)
