don't you hate it when you blow your nose and blood starts to drip profusely and so you pinch your nose and put your head down, but there is so much blood dripping that you can taste the blood running from the back of your throat and when you think the the bleeding has stopped, you look in your nose and try to pull a blood clot and when you do so, the blood clot ends up being an inch long and you nose AGAIN starts bleeding profusely?

try putting your head up
pinch the nose around middle
and raise your elbows above the heart
(while holding tissue to your nose)

thanks... but it's ok, 45 minutes or so later, my nose FINALLY stops bleeding...

but it's the next day already and I can still taste blood from the back of my throat.
