I sold my DS on Craigslist. Really good price. First person comes by, offers me $50. Fuck you.

Second idiot. Buys it, no problem.

Calls me up the next day.

"It doesn't work"
"Hmm, that sucks, but bring it by, and I'll give your money back" (Very nice of me)
"I can trade it in though and get a new one and I want to keep the games that came with it"
"Alright, bring it by, and I'll give you a partial refunnd then."

Next phone call.

"I traded it in, you owe me $60"
"What?"
"well it was broken, I'll come by and grab $60 from you"
"No, I have no way of seeing if this is broken, if I'm giving you $60 back from a $100 transaction, I would have rather kept the system and given all your money back"
"But you couldn't sell it!"
"But I don't think it's actually broken"

Email yesterday from me:

"Give me the system, and I'll give you your money back, otherwise tough shit"

Her response:

"that's not fair, it was broken so I sold it! Give me money"


LISTEN DUMBFUCKS! You can't go to a store and return something you don't have! Me offer a full money even though there is a good chance that she broke it, or she repalced it with the broken one she said she already owned.
