We get the weather off the coast before everybody else in North America. I always started noticing the sun coming out in force around beginning of May. By then all the flowers should have bloomed anyways and summer should already be in motion.

We were getting snow by November last year, so shouldn't we get sun in June?

So, if it's raining on June 21 are we officially allowed to complain? Please.

The weather is crappy this year, crappier than most. Who cares when summer is "officially" supposed to begin? The weather should be better, regardless of what exact day it is.
