Loud Scooters and car alarms

I'm not sure if it's just 1 scooter. Or if all scooters are the same loudness. But whoever you are, in the west end, ripping around as noisily as you can... get your shit fixed. Put a muffler on it or remedy your shit SOME HOW.

Guys with car alarms. I know it won't always be possible. But don't park your car so far from your apartment that you can't even hear your alarm to stop it. A garbage truck or scooter will set your car off and your car will cry for 15 minutes straight.
