Am I really that different?

It is wierd. I have been to quite a few parties in Vancouver now and then I read reviews of those parties where everyone is saying how awesome it was or how wicked, etc...At these same parties I was completely bored and frustrated out of my wits...

The reason...

NO SPACE...I know I take up a bit more space when I dance than your average person but when I go to a party, I go to dance and I get soooo annoyed when there are so many people in a party that I can't even move. I like a good vibe and all but it seriously takes away from a party if every 5 to 10 seconds my moves get interrupted because someone walks through my space...it is especially annoying when the beats are phat because then I get really frustrated at not being able to shake it...

I wouldn't care if it was the best DJ in the world and the friendliest crowd ever, if I can't dance then I might as well not paid the money to be there...It makes me sad... :275:

Take the last party I went to for instance...WICKED BEATS, GREAT VIBE, there was alot of talent and energy there but it was soooo packed that I could barely move...I spent most of the night on the couch...(I even popped because I was so incredibly bored and frustrated...) *sigh*

Could someone PLEASE tell me of a small party with good beats and a BUNCH of room to move...I would love you forever!!!! I would even take moderate beats as long as there was room to move...

go to plaza parties. small parties are based on cramming lots of people into a small, sweaty space.

personally, i prefer when there's more people there. just gotta get your elbows up a little and people make room for you. then the elbows go down and you got urself a good little space.
bein at a party where there's lots of people but little dancing really drags it down for me. ex: parts of HoB
not enough people dancin for my likin. at times there were loads goin but for the most part a lot of people were just standin around.
it coulda been i was scaring them off with my white-james-brown dance moves...but i really doubt it
