too much coffee...
and I can't sleep
i knew I shouldn't have had any.. but it was too tempting.. i recently found out that espresso isn't supposed to be consumed in large ammounts when I was @ 'bucks... i ordered an espresso and I just stood there staring in my coffee cup at the tid bit of spresso they gave me.. and I ddin't know what to say. the lady asked me if I was okay with what I got.. and I was like "yeah.. i just tought.. i would get more..." and so she added hot water to it for me so it seemed like there was more... i juss added a whole buncha cream, nutmeg, chocolate powder.. blah blah.. what I drink at home is espresso... but turns out I make 3 people's worth every day...

when ur older, there's never "too much coffee". i personally don't touch any of the "hard stuff" at starbucks... their coffee is already over-caffeinated... it's not an equal distribution of coffee & caffeine... it's too fucking strong, and that's unhealthy... i had 1 cup at starbucks today. and i got jitters from it. i don't approve of that. that's not coffee, that's a liquified caffeine pill... hope u don't burn out... coffee hangovers are the shitz... :(

ooh i am the QUEEN of coffee
well, i think it's the caffiene i like so much... because when i don't drink coffee, i get headaches. but then the flip side, there are the days when i drink like, excessive amounts of coffee in the morning, then go to work and start drinking diet pepsi...it's like CAFFIENE OVERLOAD!! and then i get headaches too... hmmm yoko, espresso? i've never tried that before! i just may have to. usually at starbucks i just go for my cappuccino, or if its summer i have frapps... but lately i've taken to liking those 'tazoberry' things! they're so um... JUICY!! mmmmmm and then i read somewhere that they load those things up with EPHEDRINE!!! an di was like"oh my god, thats why i like them so much!!" hahahah jk, but i wonder if that's really true?? :Clink:

I couldn't sleep very well last night and today I woke up REAL cranky.. I'm so tired I can't concentrate.. I can't stay awake in school that's what's got me hooked on my dear caffeine.. what would I do without my dear caffeine...?
